For identification purposes, we ask that you fill out all available fields so that we may better serve you while processing your request. (here in referred to as SES) and all information is to be treated as "confidential."  Your company assumes complete responsibility for the decisions made or actions taken based upon the information obtained while using E-Commerce.  SES agrees to use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of E-Commerce and shall have no liability for the interruption in the operation of E-Commerce.  SES reserves the right to terminate your E-Commerce access and remove all or any portion of the system at any time.
