Simply right-click (Macintosh: control-click) on a name and choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" to download the VCF file of the person you wish to add to your e-mail address book. Once the file is on your computer, double-click the file to import it into your preferred e-mail application.
A VCF is a simple file containing contact information (ie: e-mail, phone, fax, etc.) and usually a picture. The format is easy to use and versitile accross many different platforms.
Once your address book has been updated with the desired contacts, you may sync your cell phone, PDA or Personal PC to have SES contacts and locations everywhere you go.
